Revision Policy

We offer three free revisions per project. If the customer’s revision exceeds the original number of pages or scope, additional charges may apply. Free revisions must be requested within 10 days of delivery. For larger projects, this window extends to 35 days. Revisions must align with the original instructions. Any revision request related to plagiarism must be supported by a valid plagiarism report.

Revision Turnaround Time

Revision turnaround time as per urgency is as follows:

• For orders with up to 24 hours of urgency, the revision turnaround time would be 24 hours
• For orders with urgency between 24 to 48 hours, the revision turnaround time would be 48 hours
• For orders of 48 hours and above, the revision turnaround time would be 72 hours

Our Programs

Amounts credited to a user account through promotions such as referral or affiliate programs are non-refundable and non-cashable. These credits cannot be withdrawn or transferred for cash under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

If you request a refund before work has started on your project, a 100% refund will be issued (minus transaction fees). If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a partial refund. In such cases, we will deduct the value of the work already completed and refund the balance. If a customer submits a request for a full refund based on specific complaints, our team will evaluate it fairly and make a decision accordingly. Please note that any content produced by Ingram Publisher under a refunded project remains our intellectual property and cannot be used, published, or reproduced by the client. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Quality Assurance Policy

We aim to deliver content that aligns exactly with the customer's provided specifications. Each order is carefully reviewed by our editors and undergoes strict quality control including plagiarism checks using advanced software. Once full payment has been made and the project is delivered, the ownership rights are transferred to the customer.

Your Account

Customers are solely responsible for protecting their login information. Any activity that occurs under their account or password is their responsibility. We strongly advise maintaining the confidentiality of account details and notifying our team of any unauthorized use.
